automotiveMastermind Inc. (“aM”) is a software as a service digital marketing company that provides, among other things, an online platform for predicting consumer purchasing behavior for marketing and advertising purposes. The full range of aM’s services (the “Services”) shall be as defined in aM’s Terms of Service (Public) or at such other web address as may be notified to you from time to time.
Any terms capitalized but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them elsewhere in the Terms of Service (Public).
aM provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of aM’s policies and procedures related to the collection, use and disclosure of your information. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we may also notify you by other means prior to the changes taking effect, such as by posting a notice or sending you a notification. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. We will note the effective date of the latest version of our Privacy Policy at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
As used in this Privacy Policy, the terms “using” and “processing” information include using cookies on a computer, subjecting the information to statistical or other analysis and using or handling information in any way, including, but not limited to collecting, storing, evaluating, modifying, deleting, using, combining, disclosing and transferring information within aM’s organization or among its affiliates within the United States or internationally.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
“Personal information” is any information that can be used to identify an individual or device, and may include things such as your name, physical address, email address, phone number, login information, marketing preferences, company affiliation, geographic location, or payment card information. aM may also collect other information that you provide as part of your use of the Services (e.g., without limitation, zip code and individual preferences) (“Non-Identifying Information”).
Certain Non-Identifying Information would be considered a part of your Personal Information if it were combined with other identifiers (for example, combining your zip code with your street address) in a way that enables you to be identified. But the same pieces of information are considered Non-Identifying Information when they are taken alone or combined only with other non-identifying information.

If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, you should follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications or submit your request by completing the form on our Privacy Request Page.

Please be aware that in order to accommodate some requests we must verify your identity before we can respond to a privacy request and this may require you to provide photographic identity information to aM. Because your personal information—for example, your email address—is often required to access or use aM platforms and technologies, we retain personal information as long as your account is active. You may have the opportunity to correct, update, or modify this information by logging into your account and updating your information online. Please note that some information may be retained on our systems, where permitted by law, even after you request deletion.

If you participate in a discussion forum, chat room, or provide comments related to aM on a social media or other public platform, you should be aware that the information you provide there (i.e., your public profile) will be made broadly available to others, and could be used to contact you, send you unsolicited messages, or for purposes neither aM nor you have control over. Also, please recognize that social media forums and chat rooms not controlled by aM may have additional rules and conditions. aM is not responsible for the personal information or any other information you choose to submit on these forums that are not aM controlled.
The Platform may offer you the ability to share personal information through a social networking site (e.g., Facebook, Twitter), using such site’s integrated tools (e.g., Facebook “Like” button, or Twitter “Tweet” button). The use of such integrated tools enables you to share personal information about yourself with other individuals or the public, depending on the settings that you have established with such social networking site. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and use in connection with such social networking site or a site’s integrated tools, please visit the privacy policies of the entities that provide these social networking sites.
AGGREGATE INFORMATION AND NON-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION.
aM may share aggregated information that does not include Personal Information and aM may otherwise disclose Non-Identifying Information and Log Data with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and other purposes. Any aggregated and Non-Identifying information shared in these contexts will not contain your Personal Information.
To the extent we maintain and use Personal Information in a de-identified form, we will not attempt to reidentify the information, except for the purpose of determining whether our deidentification processes satisfy our legal obligations.
COOKIES
Like many websites, aM uses “cookies” and similar tracking technologies to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer’s hard disk for record-keeping purposes. aM uses cookies for two purposes. First, aM utilizes persistent cookies to save your login information for future logins to the Services. Second, aM utilizes session ID cookies to enable certain features of the Services, to better understand how you interact with the Services and to monitor aggregate usage by you and web traffic routing on the Services. Unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted from your computer when you log off from the Services and then close your browser.
We may also place tracking technology on our website that collects analytics, records how you interact with our website, or allows us to participate in behavior-based advertising. This means that a third party uses technology (e.g., a cookie) to collect information about your use of our website so that they can report analytics to us or provide advertising about products and services tailored to your interests. That third party might also collect information over time and across different websites in order to serve advertisements on our website or other websites.
We do not currently recognize the “Do Not Track” signal.
PHISHING
Identity theft and the practice currently known as “phishing” are of great concern to aM. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. aM does not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your login information, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT
aM cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. aM will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as aM, in its sole discretion, believes necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of us or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity aM may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.
SECURITY
aM has physical, administrative, and technical safeguards in place to help protect the personal information aM collects. While there is no such thing as perfect security on the Internet, we will take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure the safety of your personal information.
In the event that we are required by law to inform you of a breach to your personal information we may notify you electronically, in writing, or by telephone, if permitted to do so by law.
RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
aM will retain your personal information as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We will retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our business requirements, legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect our assets, and enforce our agreements. For example, your email address is often required to access or use aM platforms and technologies, so we retain this personal information as long as your account is active. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of the information, the purposes for which we obtained the information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, as well as applicable legal requirements.

OUR POLICY TOWARD CHILDREN
The Services are not directed to persons under 18. aM does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact aM at info@am-home-wordpress.automotivemastermind.com. If aM becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided it with Personal Information, aM will delete such information from its files.
